Designed as an energy-efficient step-up model, the solid 1-step injection stretch blow molding machine is designed with an upgraded jar capability and higher capitation for many common container sizes.

It uses twin servo driven hydraulic pumps giving outstanding energy efficiency closely rivaling the performance of all-electric machines at a fraction of the cost and complexity. Actual running power consumption is typically less than 25% of rated power.

Versatility is further enhanced by a wide range of options including a long stroke barrel for heavyweight cosmetic style containers or low density resins. Extended mold opening daylight can be selected to allow for the molding of taller preforms and bottles.

Common containers molded by this machine include; cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, jars, personal care, baby feeding bottles, liquor miniatures, edible oils, thick wall, ultra-lightweight etc.

Moldable materials include Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polylactic Acid (PLA), Polycarbonate (PC), Polystyrene (PS), Low & High Density Polyethylene (LDPE / HDPE), Polyethersulfone (PES), Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) and others.

Moldable shapes include; plain round, oval, flask, square, wide-mouth, non-round neck etc.
